A massive exodus of Ukrainian residents began as citizens fled to neighboring countries for safety. While many parents refuse to go without their dogs, others couldn’t help but leave them behind.
Stepan, also known on Instagram as the ‘calm’ cat, has raised a significant sum to aid those in need. You’ve undoubtedly seen Stepan sitting idle with a glass of beverage beside him in a lot of memes and videos. When it came to assisting his feline friends, though, the famous cat from Kharkiv was not so chill.
