KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA Jam Abdul Karim Bijar on Tuesday approached the Sindh High Court (SHC) for extension of protective bail he was granted earlier in Nazim Jokhio murder case.
He also prayed court to declare illegal Federal Interior ministry’s directions for inclusion of his name in Exist Control List as well as direction of section officer of the governor Sindh for inclusion of his name in Provincial National Identification List (PINL).
Jam Karim filed a constitutional petition stating that Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid in a press conference, a day after the petitioner was granted protective bail, claimed that he had given direction to IG Sindh to arrest the petitioner on his arrival in the country.
