Lady Gaga, happy birthday!

Lady Gaga, happy birthday! Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta aka Lady Gaga was born on March 28, 1986, in Yonkers, New York. She is one of the most successful pop stars in the world.

Her parents, Cynthia and Joseph Germanotta, and her younger sister, Natali, raised her in the city. Gaga got her name from Queen’s song Radio Ga-Ga, and she’s proven her versatility in the film and music sectors with many number one songs and nominations.

Gaga began playing the piano at the age of four and was invited to the Juilliard School in Manhattan at the age of eleven, but she chose to attend a private Catholic school in the city instead. At the age of 13, she penned her first piano ballad, and at the age of 14, she performed in a New York nightclub for the first time.

Her debut album The Fame, as well as the single “Just Dance,” gained critical and commercial recognition, with “Just Dance” receiving a Grammy nomination.

Despite the fact that it did not win, it reached the top of the charts. In 2009, the album’s second hit, “Poker Face,” reached the top of the charts in every category and country.

She launched her first album, Fame Monster, in 2010, and then another critically acclaimed album, Born This Way, in 2011.

Her next album, Artpop, was released in 2013. Working with Tony Bennett on the jazz CD Cheek To Cheek was one of the highlights of her career thus far.

The record was nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. In 2016, she performed at Super Bowl 50.

Gaga also released Joanne, her fifth studio album, in 2016, which became her fourth number one album in the United States.

She revealed in 2017 that she has acquired a contract for a residency in Las Vegas. Over the course of 27 dates, she performed two unique shows: Lady Gaga Enigma, which featured a collection of her most popular songs, and Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano, which featured stripped-down renditions of her biggest singles.

In 2020, she released Chromatica, her sixth studio album, which charted well and featured the number one single “Rain On Me” with Ariana Grande.

She has acted in numerous films and television shows. She won a Golden Globe for her performance as The Countess in American Horror Story: Hotel in 2016. She was also cast as Ally in A Star Is Born in 2016, which grossed an amazing $400 million worldwide.

For their duet song “Shallow,” she and her co-star Bradley Cooper won a Golden Globe, a Grammy, and an Oscar.

She earned the New York Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actress for her role as Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci in 2021.

Lady Gaga continues to prove that her incredible career is far from over, as she continues to deliver number one hits and be the true star that she is.
