Shilpa Shetty Kundra is a well-known Bollywood actress with a strong social media presence. The actress is usually seen on social media posting photos of her happy times with her family, as well as glimpses of her shoot diaries.

In the video, she performed Utkatasana (one-legged chair posture) and Anjaneyasana (low lunge) and emphasised the quote, “Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years”. In the caption, Shilpa also wrote, “Practicing Yoga early in the day sets the tone for the rest of my day. Make sure you’re working on your body every day”.
