Sonam Kapoor shared previously unseen images of herself with Rani Mukerji, whom she refers to as her “favourite actress.” Sonam Kapoor shared images from her mother Sunita Kapoor’s birthday party on Instagram.

The photos were taken at Sonam’s father, actor Anil Kapoor’s, home in Juhu, Mumbai, where she was celebrating her birthday.

Sonam was wearing a white gown with her hair pulled down for the occasion. Rani Mukerji kept her hair loose and donned a purple gown with a multi-colored skirt.

Sonam and Rani were holding each other in the first photo. Sonam’s hand was on Rani’s shoulder, while Rani’s was on Sonam’s tummy.

The couple smiled as they stood together in the second picture, a selfie. The caption on Sonam’s Instagram image reads, “A friendship that’s lasted 20 years. Love you, Rani. Also belated happy birthday to my favourite actress.” Reacting to the post, Anil Kapoor posted red heart emojis.
