Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said on Saturday that no political party would be allowed for sit-in in the capital city.
The minister was briefing the media in regard to the security concerns amid the tense political situation in the country.
“Sri Nagar Highway control has been given to Rangers and FC, while as much as 15,000 security personals have been deployed in the region”, he added.
The interior minister also underscored that the government would provide security to all opposition members and no political party would face any hindrance during their public gathering.

While addressing the raw of the no-confidence motion, the minister maintained that voting would take place on April 3rd or 4th.
“Next 7 days, from March 28 to April 4, are crucial, and the whole world has its eyes towards the intense political situation in Pakistan”.
The minister reiterated that no one would be allowed to play with law and order situations.
He also said that MNA Jam Abdul Karim would be booked upon his arrival to Pakistan and his name would be added given to Interpol. Jam Abdul Karim is a nominee in the murder case of Nazim Jokhio.
