ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib has stressed for stopping horse trading in order to strengthen democracy in the country.
Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Monday, he said an important matter of the interpretation of 63-A is before the Supreme Court.
The Minister of State said all the players of Prime Minister Imran Khan are standing with him. He said we have also provided an opportunity to the dissident members to return to the party fold. He was confident that many of them will return to our ranks in the next few days.

Farrukh Habib said we have always taken along the allied parties and they are currently part of the government.
The Minister of State said the country requires continuity in policies and cannot afford conspiracies. He said these plots against the government will fail.
Meanwhile, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said on Monday that the Supreme Court (SC) has the opportunity to do away with the rampant horse-trading, opportunism, and corruption in the country.

While taking to his Twitter, the minister maintained that the reference under Article 63-A would provide a window to the SC for the elimination of the horse-trading rampant since the no-confidence motion moved by the Opposition.
He opined that the disgruntled ministers should be punished as they were not only the party traitors but were unfaithful to the country too.
