Insider sources allege that a ‘depressed’ Vladimir Putin is planning a nuclear evacuation drill after moving his family to a’secret underground city’ as part of the Kremlin’s doomsday preparation.
According to one source, Putin has various and serious medical issues, and the Russian death toll in the Ukraine war was higher than even Kyiv’s estimations, with over 17,000 casualties in 23 days of battle.
Putin ‘frequently vents his rage on individuals close to him,’ according to the most recent statement from the source – a Telegram channel allegedly linked to an ex-Kremlin intelligence official who claims to have close ties to Putin’s circle.
‘He has no deep interactions with practically anyone, and he has limited contact with his children – not only his [adult] daughters, but also his [undisclosed] children with [Olympic gold medalist gymnast, 38] Alina Kabaeva.’
According to the source, Putin recently surprised his senior generals by requesting a nuclear drill, raising suspicions that he is preparing for a nuclear war.
Another Russian expert earlier said that Putin and his family had relocated to a secret location that is not just a bunker but also a massive underground metropolis.
Putin has already threatened NATO members with “consequences bigger than any you have encountered in history” if they participate in the Ukraine conflict, and earlier this month put Russia’s nuclear forces on high alert.
Russia launched a ‘unstoppable’ nuclear-capable Kinzhal hypersonic missile on Saturday, striking a Ukrainian military storage site.
According to a recent post on the Telegram channel General SVR, senior political people have been “warned on behalf of the president that, potentially in the near future, they would join in practising evacuation in the event of a nuclear war.”
‘Everyone who received this warning was taken aback by the President’s action and expressed grave concern.’
‘However, everyone confirmed their willingness to participate.’
A fleet of ‘flying Kremlins’ – Ilyushin Il-80 Maxdomes on perpetual reserve – would be deployed by Putin and his closest supporters to stay above a potential nuclear conflict, according to Russian plans.
These ‘doomsday’ planes are expected to be replaced by customised Ilyushin 96-400Ms, which will allow the Russian leader to manage soldiers and weapons in the event of an atomic attack.
The ultramodern bunker in the sky, on the other hand, isn’t expected to be ready for a while.
While the channel was initially rejected as untrustworthy, recent briefings attributed to Western intelligence have echoed its claims about Putin’s alleged health difficulties.
‘The general mental state of Vladimir Putin has recently prompted anxiety among members in the president’s inner circle,’ the channel added.
