Who is ‘Wali’? The world’s deadliest sniper shooter from Canada assisting Ukraine in its fight against the Russian army

In the midst of Ukraine’s war, an ex-Canadian soldier known as the world’s deadliest sniper has joined the Ukrainian army to help defend the country from Russian extreme attacks. When Ukrainian President Zelenskyy called on foreigners to join the country’s fight against Russia, Wali, a veteran of the Royal Canadian 22nd Regiment, said he felt “like a firefighter who hears the alarm ringing.”

“I want to assist them. “It’s that simple,” said the soldier, who only gave his nickname, “Wali,” in a recent interview with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. “I feel compelled to assist because there are people here who are being targeted simply because they want to be European rather than Russian.” When Wali arrived to fight, he was greeted with open arms by Ukrainians. “They were overjoyed to have us,” Wali explained. “It’s as if we hit it off right away.

According to reports, Wali killed six Russian soldiers shortly after arriving as part of the Canadian contingent on Wednesday.
