Army Act Amendment Bill presented in the National Assembly (NA) for approval today.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) have expressed their support to the amendment bill.
They have assured to assist the government in approving it in the assembly.
Defence Minister Pervez Khattak laid three bills in the lower house of the parliament today.
Moreover, The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has offered its unconditionally support to the amendment.
While the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) said that ‘democratic legislative process’ followed.
However the session has been postponed till 11 am on Saturday.
