ISLAMABAD: A session court on Wednesday ordered Noor Mukadam’s father to record his statement in the next hearing before the court (December 15).
The defence lawyers completed cross-examination of two witnesses on Wednesday hearing, including spot witness in the trial ASI Zubair Mazhar. The defence lawyers also questioned Dr Sara, who had conduct post-mortem of Noor Mukadam. She told that the post-mortem of Noor Mukadam was conducted at 9:30am on July 21.
Defence counsel asked the doctor that whether the substance found in lungs of the deceased was due to nicotine or drugs. The doctor replied that she is not aware of the cause behind the substance found in her lungs.

CDR witness Mudassar also testified in the court. The lawyers will cross-examine him in the next hearing of the case. Defence lawyer requested the court to allow playing CCTV footage in the courtroom and remove media from the court as they don’t want more footage leaked.
The court did not hear the prime accused Zahir Jaffer’s plea for constitution of a medical board and summoned arguments on petition in next hearing.
Noor Mukadam was the daughter of Pakistan’s Ambassador to South Korea Shaukat Mukadam. She was allegedly brutally murdered by businessman Zahir Jaffar in the F7 Sector of Islamabad.
