ISLAMABAD: President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Asif Ali Zardari has expressed his gratitude to the voters of NA-133 for casting a large number of votes in favour of PPPP candidate.

He also appreciated the PPPP Punjab organization for working hard in the by-election in NA-133.

Zardari congratulated the PPPP’s candidate Aslam Gill for offering a strong fight to the opponent candidates. He said that the results of the election were very encouraging, adding that the party officials of Punjab chapter and Jiyalas performed very well.

He observed that the voters had voted six times more in numbers than the previous elections and sent a message to the nation that tide had turned in favour of the PPPP.

Zardari instructed the PPPP workers to start preparing for the next general elections and assured them that they would win the next general elections and form the governments in the centre and all provinces.
