PM Imran Khan ‘using’ FIA for political victimisation, alleges Marriyum Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) leader Marriyum Aurangzeb alleged on Saturday that Prime Minister Imran Khan was “using” the Federal Investigation Agency for political victimisation despite being “slapped” by Pakistani and British courts.

Responding to news regarding FIA, Marriyum, in a press release, claimed that PM Imran had done nothing in the last three years and was only obsessed with Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif.

“Imran has been busy addressing his insecurities by concocting false cases against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif, to keep them away from the political centre stage because he is too scared to contest them on a level playing field,” claimed the PML-N information secretary.

Marriyum sarcastically remarked that the Pakistani and British courts should be “ashamed for failing to produce evidence” against PML-N leaders Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif as per Imran Khan’s wishes.

“These decisions by the Pakistani and British courts were resounding slaps on Imran Khan’s face,” the former information minister said.

The PML-N leader claimed that 220 million people of Pakistan were a victim of Imran’s incompetence, incompetence, lies and corruption.

“For three years Imran used NAB as an instrument of political victimisation and after failing to frame political opponents in false cases he is using FIA for this purpose,” alleged the PML-N leader.

While slamming the government for inflation, the PML-N leader advised PM Imran that people will not get affordable flour, sugar, electricity, gas and medicine with “false allegations”.

Marriyum advised PM Imran to continue with his “petty vengeful agenda” but at least let his “incompetents” ministers provide gas and electricity to the people.
