Liv Harland, a 23-year-old British musician, has won hearts not just for her powerful voice, but also for rescuing a senior guy who was looking for food in the garbage.
The poignant moment, which was captured on video, has now gone viral.
Harland, a well-known street singer, and TikTok sensation was performing in a crowded market area when she noticed a guy digging through a trash can.
She abruptly stopped singing as she observed the man reaching into the garbage for some chicken nuggets.
In a video that went viral and was shared on her TikTok and Instagram accounts, she approached the man and asked if she offered to pay, he would purchase fresh food instead of eating nuggets he found in the trash.
She was rushed to her contribution box and offered money to an unknown person.
“Promise me you’ll get fresh ones,” Harland says to the guy, who appreciates the thoughtful gesture.

As if it wasn’t enough, what occurred next tugged at many people’s emotions. Harland was completely unaware of a bystander who was admiring her good act as she handed the money to the man.
Soon after, the man approached the donation box in front of her and made a substantial contribution.
According to Harland, the man contributed double as much as she had given to the old man. “Karma is a great thing!” Always be kind, and kindness comes back,” the singer stated beside the touching video.
Many people complimented her for her kind act and expressed their excitement at how her charity was “paid forward.” Many others expressed gratitude for their actions, saying that they reinforced their trust in mankind.
