Voters will go to the polls today to vote for the Country’s third general elections.
There are 650 constituencies across Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England.
According to details, these electorates will be opened for the public at 7:00 GMT and will be closed at 22:0 GMT. Counting of votes will begin immediately after closing. Mostly results are expected to be announced on Friday morning.
The first-past-the-post system will be applied for the general elections, and over 650 MPs will be selected under this system.
This is the first contest to be organized in December in around 100 years, follows those in 2015 and 2017.
Traditionally, elections in the UK are organized every four or five years. However, these are the first winter elections since 1974. MPs had voted in favor of the second snap poll in as many years.
