Prime Minister Imran Khan said that ‘Naya Pakistan’ is an ideology that has to be understood and then implemented in lifestyle. It cannot be built on an individual basis, collective efforts must be made to ensure it.

Addressing the launching ceremony of the Clean and Green Pakistan Index in Islamabad, Imran Khan said that Pakistan is rich in natural resources. Our country is one of the major tourist destinations in the world due to its natural beauty.

Imran Khan said that Environmental pollution is dangerous to human health. While referring to the air quality index report regarding Lahore’s environmental crisis, Imran Khan said that Seventy percent of the trees in Lahore have been cut down. 35 years ago, Lahore was a clean city but today air quality has reached to hazardous level in the city.

Imran Khan added that ‘The nations who do not think about its generations to come, will face severe issues in progress.’

‘We must make countless efforts that will be remembered throughout the generations to come.’
