Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous had a narrow escape from contempt of court proceedings, as Islamabad High court winds up the case on Thursday.
According to the details, Justice Mian Gul in his remarks said that Axel load law must be ensured to comply with its spirit. The court will give a detailed ruling on the laws of Axel load law. The court and the administration cannot suspend this law.
The petition filed against the special assistant stated that the tweet of Firdous Ashiq Awan was a clear violation of the court order.
It stated that a contempt of court proceedings should be initiated against Firdous Ashiq Awan on the order of the court.
