ISLAMABAD: The government has kept the prices of petrol and diesel unchanged with effect from August 16 for the next fortnight, a statement issued by the Finance Ministry said.
The petrol would continue to be sold at Rs119.80 till August 31, while the prices of high-speed diesel would remain unchanged at Rs116.53/litre.
However, the prices of kerosene have been increased by 81 paisas/litre to Rs88.30 from Rs87.49, it added.
The prices of light diesel oil (LDO) have been increased Rs1.10/litre to Rs85.77 from Rs84.67.
