Sindh Transport Minister Syed Awais Shah inaugurated Pakistan’s first electric bus in Karachi, promising to add a fleet of 100 additional buses in the near future.

The minister said that passengers would have to pay Rs 4 per kilometer to travel in electric buses. The fare from one stop to another stop would be Rs 10.
Fawad Chaudhry, Minister for Science and Technology, took to his Twitter account and congratulated the Sindh government.
