Former Imam of Masjid Al Haram Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al Sabuni has died at the age of 91.
According to the details, Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al-Sabuni passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 (6 Sha’ban 1442 AH) in the Yalwa region of Turkey.
Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al-Sabuni was born in Syria. He was the author of many books of Qur’anic Interpretation and Explanation. He was appointed a lecturer at King Abdulaziz University 28 years ago.
He later served as a professor at Umm al-Qura University.
