Commander Karachi and Commander Coast assumed their responsibilities.

According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, Pakistan Navy Transformation Field Command events were held in Karachi in which Commander Karachi and Commander Coast assumed their responsibilities.

In the first ceremony, Vice Admiral Faisal Rasool Lodhi took over as Commander Karachi while in the second ceremony, Vice Admiral Zahid Ilyas took over as Commander Coast.

Earlier, Vice Admiral Faisal Rasool was the Commander Coast while Vice Admiral Zahid Ilyas was the Commander Karachi.

Both officers have extensive experience in command and staff deployments. Both officers have been awarded high military honours in recognition of their services.
