Pakistan Railways Increases Ticket Prices for Trains Operating on Rawalpindi-Lahore Route
Pakistan Railways has increased fares for train services operating between Lahore and Rawalpindi, effective immediately.
Fare Revision Details
According to a spokesperson for Pakistan Railways, ticket prices for the Subak Kharam and Subak Raftar trains have been increased starting today.
The fares have gone up by 150 to 250 rupees. The spokesperson added that along with the revised prices, passengers will now also be given refreshments during their journey.
New Fare Structure
The updated fare chart for the Lahore–Rawalpindi route is as follows:
AC Parlor: Rs. 2,500
AC Business: Rs. 2,250
AC Standard: Rs. 2,100
Economy Class: Rs. 1,300
