Once verified, the railway staff will issue a cancellation slip and refund.

Refund Process for Online Tickets

For tickets booked via the Raabta app, refunds will be processed through the same online payment platform.

  • 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made within 90 minutes of departure.
  • No refunds will be issued after train departure.

Passenger Benefits

This updated policy aims to provide greater flexibility and transparency, ensuring a better travel experience for passengers dealing with unexpected changes in travel plans.
