Karachi is experiencing a major drop in temperatures, with predictions indicating that the cold might strengthen further today.

Chief Meteorologist of the Meteorological Department, that temperatures in the city could fall to single digits, with the present reading at 15 degrees Celsius.

He stated that cool winds are likely to arch through Karachi on January 25 and 26.

He confirmed that this cold wave is likely to persist until the end of January, keeping residents in for a chilly spell.
