The verdict in the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust case involving former Prime Minister and his wife, Bushra Bibi, will be announced on Friday.
According to the Accountability Court staff, the judgment is scheduled to be delivered at 11 a.m., with notices issued to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi through their legal representatives.
The verdict in this high-profile case has faced multiple delays.
Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana will announce the reserved decision at Adiala Jail.
Previously, the judge was present in the courtroom, but neither PTI founder, Bushra Bibi, nor their lawyers appeared by 10:30 a.m.
Following the absence, it was announced that the verdict’s announcement had been postponed once again, rescheduled for January 17.
After announcing the delay, Judge Nasir Javed Rana left Adiala Jail.
