Jamaat-e-Islami has announced a series of protests at various locations in Karachi to address the ongoing water shortage crisis.
According to details, the party has decided to hold demonstrations at 15 locations across the city to demand a resolution to the issue.
The main protest will take place at Burns Road, where Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi chief Munim Zafar will address the gathering. Other leaders will lead protests in their respective areas.
Protests are also planned at key locations, including Shahrah-e-Faisal, Kala Pul, Korangi Crossing, Main National Highway, Nazimabad No. 7, and Main Super Highway.
The political party has also announced protests at Powerhouse Chowrangi, Orangi Town No. 5, Banaras Chowk, Water Pump, Main Hub River Road, Dolmen Mall near Hyderi, and Johar Mor.
A large number of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi workers are expected to participate in the demonstrations. Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi chief Munim Zafar has urged the citizens of Karachi to join the protests.
