The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), operating under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), is preparing to send skilled and unskilled workers, including medical professionals, to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
According to an official source, medical professionals interested in these opportunities must meet specific qualifications and experience requirements.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS) or its equivalent from a recognized institution, have completed the HIMAA and ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Introductory Course, and hold at least 4 years of relevant experience as a processor or insurance claims auditor in a healthcare institution or insurance company.
Additionally, applicants must be under the age of 50, and both men and women are eligible to apply.
For opportunities in the construction sector, OEC is currently collecting application documents from interested candidates nationwide. The deadline for submission is December 18, 2024.
The source said that the OEC is already exporting skilled workforce around 40 countries of the world.
He said that the interested candidates could apply for the following job positions.
Laboratory manager (LM), with BSc Engineering/B-Tech/Graduation/DAE Civil; minimum 15 years of experience with relevant 5 years of experience.
The laboratory manager will be responsible for managing laboratory staff (LS) and activities related to the laboratory. He is expected to oversee LS provide safety oversight of day-to-day lab and field operations and provide a safe work environment to anyone using the lab.
He will also guide and supervise lab and field staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Laboratory technician with 3 years of Diploma in Associate Engineering or at least a college degree in the science field. They will be responsible for testing of materials like concrete, aggregate, soil, asphalt, blocks, etc.
