Sindh Cultural Day was celebrated with great fervor on December 1, showcasing the province’s rich traditions and heritage.
The day featured rallies, vibrant ceremonies, and messages of pride, including a heartfelt tribute from Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah to the dynamic Sindhi culture.
The celebrations symbolized the unity and pride of the Sindhi people, emphasizing their cultural richness and aspirations for a brighter future.
In his message, the Chief Minister extended greetings to “the heirs of the great Sindhi civilization worldwide.” He highlighted that a nation’s identity lies in its culture, describing Sindh as a land rooted in peace, love, and brotherhood. He expressed pride in Sindh’s legacy of Sufism, hospitality, and tolerance.
Murad Ali Shah spoke of his family’s dedication to serving Sindh, calling it a privilege, and pledged to transform the province into a beacon of peace and modern cultural and developmental excellence.
He encouraged the youth to embrace modern education, develop a passion for books, and gain new skills to drive Sindh’s progress. He also stressed the importance of empowering women, committing to educate and uplift mothers, sisters, and daughters as part of Sindh’s journey toward growth and prosperity.
