iQOO has confirmed that its highly anticipated iQOO 13 will launch in China on October 30. Ahead of its unveiling, rumors have hinted at the smartphone’s standout features, design, performance, and price, while the company has teased key details, including display, processor, and battery capabilities.
iQOO 13 Expected Specifications
According to recent leaks on Weibo, the iQOO 13 will come with a 6.78-inch display and LPDDR5X RAM, paired with a 100W PPS+ direct drive power supply. The device is also expected to include a 1016H super large motor for enhanced haptics.
Previously, iQOO confirmed that the iQOO 13 will run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, enhanced by a Q2 gaming processor for optimized gaming performance. Additionally, the device will feature a robust 6,150mAh battery with support for 120W fast wired charging, ensuring minimal downtime.
The iQOO 13 display is also expected to stand out, featuring a Q10 8T LTPO OLED panel with a 2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 800 nits of HBM brightness, and 510ppi pixel density with HDR10+ support.

As per credible analyst Digital Chat Station, the iQOO 13 will likely be priced at around CNY 3,999 (approximately INR 47,200) for the 12GB + 256GB model.
Initially, reports suggested a premium price point for the iQOO 13, positioning it above the iQOO 12. However, recent leaks hint that the pricing could remain in line with its predecessor, making it a competitive choice in the flagship segment.
