The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) police, specifically the Bani Gala police station team, have arrested a suspect involved in a murder case.
According to details, Bani Gala police received a report from a citizen stating that the accused, Sajjad Ur Rehman, along with others, had murdered her husband, Amir Aziz, and his nephew, Hasin. They also injured two children, Anas and Hamdeed, and requested legal action against the suspects.
After receiving the report, the Bani Gala police registered a first information report (FIR) and formed a special investigation team. Using technical and scientific methods, the police managed to arrest Sajjad Ul Rehman.
DIG Syed Ali Raza has instructed all senior officials to effectively crack down on those involved in criminal activities and prioritize the safety of citizens and their property.
He emphasized that the Islamabad Police maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, injustice, and crime, and that strict legal action will be taken against those involved.
DIG Raza further directed all officers to intensify efforts against criminal elements, stating, “The safety and security of our citizens is our foremost priority, and no laxity will be tolerated in this regard.”
