Single-Shift School Timings in Punjab

Single-shift schools operate from 8 am to 1:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, with a shorter schedule on Fridays, ending at 12 pm. In double-shift or afternoon schools, the morning session runs from 8 am to 12 pm, followed by an afternoon session from 1 pm to 5:30 pm. On Fridays, the afternoon shift begins at 2 pm and ends at 5:30 pm.

Boys’ School Timings in Punjab

While the Punjab government has yet to officially announce this year’s timings, based on last year’s schedule, boys’ schools may begin at 8:30 am and end at 2:30 pm. On Fridays, classes could run from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm.

Girls’ School Timings in Punjab

Girls’ schools might operate from 8:15 am to 2:15 pm, with Friday classes from 8:15 am to 12 pm.

Double-Shift School Timings in Punjab

For schools with double shifts, morning classes may start at 7:45 am and end at 12:15 pm, with afternoon sessions from 12:30 pm to 5 pm. Friday afternoon classes could begin at 1:30 pm after the Jumma break.

The exact timings will be confirmed once the provincial authorities make an official announcement.
