KARACHI: A tragic incident occurred in Garden West area on Sunday, where two children and a young man lost their lives after falling into a well near Fawara Chowk.

According to the police, the children, identified as Badar and Talha, aged between 10 and 12, were playing cricket when they accidentally fell into the well. A young man, who attempted to rescue them, also became trapped inside.

Upon receiving the information, local police and rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene to assist. However, the rescue operation was hampered by the lack of oxygen in the well, forcing rescue workers to use oxygen masks and cylinders as they descended.

Despite their determined efforts, all three individuals could not be saved. The rescue teams later recovered the bodies of the two children and the young man from the well.
