Karachi is currently experiencing light to heavy rainfall in various areas, much to the relief of its residents. The Meteorological Department has forecasted that the cloudy sky will persist, with rain expected to continue throughout the day.
According to a weather analyst, the rain, which began last night and continued into the morning, is due to clouds moving in from the Arabian Sea.
More clouds are expected to approach the city, potentially bringing additional light rain or drizzles, particularly in the southern parts of Karachi.
This morning, the temperature in Karachi was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius, with the maximum temperature likely to reach 33 degrees Celsius later today. Winds are also blowing at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour, adding to the cool and refreshing weather.
Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest weather reports as the rain continues throughout the day.
