ISLAMABAD: The federal government has shifted to assessing the withholding tax on vehicles, including the Honda City, based on the invoice price instead of a fixed amount tied to engine capacity.
This policy change, introduced in the 2024-25 budget, has resulted in increased prices for the Honda City and other vehicles in the country.
