The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports now offers a fast track service, enabling passport issuance within just 48 hours. Currently, many applicants are choosing this option due to delays in the normal and urgent processing categories.
The fast-track service can be chosen for quicker passport issuance. The fee for a 36-page passport with five-year validity is Rs12,500, and for a 10-year validity, it is Rs16,200.
This fast-track service has been expanded to 14 additional cities, bringing the total to 21 cities across Pakistan. Previously, it was only available in 7 major cities.

How to Obtain a Pakistani Passport in Two Days:
Pakistani citizens wishing to receive their passports within two working days can select the fast track category. The passports will be issued within two working days after the application submission.
