ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad canceled the arrest warrant of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.

Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur filed an application for suspension of the ongoing warrant in the case registered in Police Station I-9 and surrendered it before the court.

Ali Amin, in his application, stated that he could not appear in the court due to official engagements, so the application for cancellation of the arrest warrant should be approved.

The court accepted the request to cancel the arrest warrant issued in I-9 police station of Ali Amin and canceled the warrant.

Earlier,  Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi approved Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur bail in 11 cases including the GHQ attack case.

Judge Malik Ijaz Asif of Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi granted bail in 11 cases of Ali Amin Gandapur while hearing the bail applications.
