To conduct Umar Akmal’s case hearing online, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has requested the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
As per sources, PCB wants CAS to conduct the hearing online via online video link because it will reduce the expenses of both the parties.
It should be mentioned here that PCB had filed an appeal to reduce Akmal’s ban. On the other hand, Akmal had also appealed for the reduction in his suspension further.
