ABU DHABI: Petrol prices in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are expected to change next month, with citizens and residents anticipating further relief.
The UAE government revises petrol and diesel prices on a monthly basis, with the new rates to be announced on June 30 for the upcoming month.
These new prices will take effect on July 1, 2024.
Current Petrol prices in UAE – June 2024
In June 2024, petrol prices decreased in the UAE for the first time since January of this year. Since January, petrol prices have increased each month, while diesel prices fluctuate. The current prices are as follows:
- Super 98 petrol: AED 3.14 per litre
- Special 95 petrol: AED 3.02 per litre
- E-plus 91 petrol: AED 2.95 per litre
- Diesel: AED 2.88 per litre
New Petrol Prices in UAE from July 1, 2024
The UAE government is likely to announce a dip in petrol prices, providing further relief to the public, especially those involved in the transport sector.
