NADRA issues the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to eligible Pakistani citizens who are going abroad, residing abroad, or have references abroad.
Any Pakistani citizen can apply for a NICOP, and those with dual nationality can travel to Pakistan without a visa. A passport number is a mandatory requirement when applying for a NICOP.
Where to Apply for NICOP
You have the option to apply for your NICOP either by visiting a NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through the Pak-Identity website.
NADRA Registration Center (NRC)
You can apply for NICOP by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps that you will be following at the NRC:
You will be issued a token.
Your photograph will be captured.
Your fingerprints and signature will be taken.
Your required data entry will be done, and the form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself.
You will be handed a printed version of your application form.

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) through the Pak Identity website and have it delivered to your doorstep.

NADRA NICOP Fee for Germany
NADRA has established two distinct fee structures for NICOP based on geographic zones (A and B). Germany is categorized under Zone A, where the regular fee for a new NICOP is Rs11,340, the urgent fee is Rs16,589, and the executive fee is Rs21,820.
