- Electricity Consumption: Only households consuming up to 100 units of electricity per month are eligible.

- Verification: The NTC will verify the data and pass it to the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

Registration Process
- SMS Registration: Eligible families can register by sending their electricity bill reference number and CNIC to 8800.
- Verification and Notification: After SMS registration, details will be verified, and applicants will be notified of the results and further steps.
