In an engaging reveal, fans disclosed the names of the 15 players selected for the World Cup. The squad includes veterans like Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, and Haris Rauf, as Pakistan aims to secure their first ICC trophy since their Champions Trophy victory in 2017.
Key players such as Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Rizwan, and Fakhar Zaman will represent Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.
Newcomers Saim Ayub, Abrar Ahmed, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, and Abbas Afridi are set to make their T20 World Cup debut. Meanwhile, Amir and Wasim are making a comeback to the tournament after participating in 2016 and 2021, respectively.
Notably, the PCB has not named any reserve players for the World Cup squad.
