The Punjab government has just announced the new timings for all private and government schools for the summer season.
As per the latest statement by the provincial education department, school classes will start at 7:45 am and will continue till 1:15 pm. On Fridays, the classes will end at 11:45 am.
For schools working in double-shift, classes will begin from 7:45 am to 12:15 pm, and from 12:45 pm to 5:15 pm across the region.

Punjab and other regions used to change school timings based on weather conditions and safety concerns for students. Earlier, the school timings were changed for winter season which endured effective till April 15.
