Wasim Akram, the legendary fast bowler from Pakistan, revealed his morning routine on Tuesday in response to inquiries from his social media followers.
Akram disclosed that he wakes up at 6:30 in the morning, enjoys a cup of coffee, and takes six units of his insulin to manage his blood sugar levels.
The esteemed commentator also mentioned that he goes for an eight-kilometer walk after dropping his daughter Aiyla off at school.
Akram also shared details about his breakfast, which includes nuts, raisins, yogurt, blueberries, bananas, and muesli, prepared by his “beautiful wife Shaniera”. He humorously noted that his breakfast does not include nihari, a Pakistani dish, and naan (flatbread).
“After this breakfast, I will have a lot more energy and I will now go to the gym,” Akram stated.
