The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts rain, wind, or thunderstorms in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and some parts of the country during Eid-ul-Fitr.

Currently, most of Pakistan has dry continental air, but a westerly wave is expected to come in from April 10th.

On Tuesday evening and night, dry weather is expected in the twin cities and most parts of the country, while plain areas may experience hot weather.

On Wednesday and Thursday, rain, wind, or thunderstorms are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, the Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir. The rest of the country should have dry weather.

In Islamabad, maximum temperatures are expected to be between 30-32 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and 31-33 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

Similarly, in Rawalpindi, temperatures are likely to range between 30-32 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and 31-33 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

In the last 24 hours, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and most parts of Pakistan experienced dry weather. Nawabshah was the hottest place in the country with a maximum temperature of 44 degrees Celsius.

In Islamabad, the maximum temperature recorded was 32 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 60 percent in the morning. In Rawalpindi, it was also 32 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 39 percent in the morning.
