Today, April 9, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene to observe the Shawwal moon, signaling the commencement of Eidul Fitr 2024 in Pakistan.
With the moon having appeared last night and nearing 20 hours old by this evening, it’s highly likely that Pakistan will observe Eid on April 10.
Muslims globally engage in special prayers preceding Eidul Fitr. Below are the schedules for Eid prayers at various mosques in Lahore:
Badshahi Masjid Eid Prayer Time
The Eid prayers will be offered at Badshahi mosque at 8:30 am and these will be led by Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad.
Eid Prayer Time Data Darbar Masjid
At Data Darbar mosque, Mufti Ramzan Sialvi will lead the Eidul Fitr prayer at 7:30 am.
Additionally, the Eid prayer will take place at 7:00 am in Jamia Masjid Darbar Hazrat Mian Mir.
The Eid prayer at UET Housing Society Tawheed Park is scheduled for 6:00 am.
At Model Town Central Park, the Eid prayer will be conducted at 7:00 am.
Maulana Fazlur Rahim Ashrafi will lead the Eid prayer at 7:30 am at Jamia Ashrafia Ferozepur Road Lahore.
