In Lahore, the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is provided to eligible Pakistani citizens residing or having connections abroad.
Any Pakistani citizen is eligible to apply for NICOP and can travel to Pakistan without needing a visa if they hold dual nationality. A passport number is a compulsory requirement when applying for NICOP.
Where to Apply for NICOP
You have the option to apply for your NICOP by visiting a NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through the Pak-Identity website.
NADRA Registration Center (NRC)
You can apply for NICOP by visiting the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps that you will be following at the NRC:
You will be issued a token.
Your photograph will be captured.
Your fingerprints and signature will be taken.
Your required data entry will be done, and the form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself.
You will be handed a printed version of your application form.

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) via the Pak Identity website and have it delivered to your home.
