LAHORE—NADRA, the authority responsible for issuing the Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP), grants eligible Pakistani citizens living abroad access to the new card. The standard fee for the NICOP is $20.
Any Pakistani citizen can apply for the NICOP for their preferred country and can travel to Pakistan without needing a visa if they hold dual nationality.
Providing the passport number is mandatory when applying for this document for newborn babies born abroad.
NADRA provides two fee structures for Smart NICOP based on the region, with Oman falling into Zone B. Here are the standard, urgent, and executive fees for Smart NICOP.
