PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court(PHC) approved the transit bail of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) nominee for Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.

Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan heard PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur’s transit bail plea in which Ali Amin appeared in the court.

During the hearing, Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer said that there are other FIRs registered against the petitioner in Islamabad, on which Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan remarked that this is a very old FIR.

Earlier, Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Javed khan came to public after a long time and got transit bail from the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
