The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cloudy weather with light rain and snowfall for Murree and Galyat on Monday night and the next two days.

As per the synoptic condition, low westerly wave conquers over south/southwestern parts of Balochistan.

Under these situations, mainly cold and dry weather is estimated in Lahore and most regions of the province on Monday night, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Freezing and cloudy weather with light rain/snowfall is likely in Murree, Galyat and surroundings.

Light fog is likely at few places in Narowal, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Hafizabad and Gujranwala during morning and night hours.

Lahore weather update

Lahore’s minimum temperatures will likely remain between 07-09 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 06-08 C on Wednesday.

Murree’s minimum temperatures will likely remain between -02 to 00 C on Tuesday and -03 to -01 C on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, cold and partly cloudy weather prevailed in Lahore and most parts of the province during the last 24 hours. Freezing weather prevailed in Murree, Galyat and surroundings. Shallow fog prevailed at few places of Punjab.

Murree remained the coldest place in the province where temperature dropped 01 C below freezing. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded 58 percent.

In Lahore, minimum temperature was recorded at 08 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded 87 per cent.
