Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah will address an important press conference at 5 pm today, BOL news reported today.
According to the details, Murad Ali Shah will brief masses about the current situation of Karachi and steps taken by the Sindh Government to clear drains and flood water from Karachi.
Earlier today Murad Ali Shah visited Nursery on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Nagan Chowrangi and other parts of the city.
During the visit, the CM directed managing director of Karachi and Sewerage Water Board to review the master plan regarding dealing with rain-related incidents and submit report as early as possible.
Almost all the major roads of the city including II Chungrigarh Road, University Road, Shahrae Faisal were inundated with no sign of them being cleared anytime soon.
On the other hand, Army flood Control rooms have been established in Malir for assisting citizens in rain emergency, according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations.

Heavy rains continued in various parts of Sindh due to which many areas came under water and people stuck due to the heavy water overflow.
Army relief and rescue operation continued in the flood-hit areas of Karachi and Hyderabad as dewatering of more than 36 sites in Karachi have been completed.
